Cleaning In Action

Are you a NICU family struggling to keep up with the demands of your home while spending 99.9% of your time with your newborn at the hospital? Cleaning in Action is a brand-new program to 2025. We have partnered with Florence Family Cleaning Services to provide a free professional cleaning service to support families with newborns who have spent time in the NICU. Their service ensures that you return to a clean, safe, and stress-free environment so you can focus and celebrate your baby being home. A clean home becomes essential to minimize the risk of infections and respiratory complications as well as creating a safe space for healing and development.

What’s Included in a Deep Clean Service?

    • Wipe all inside doors and baseboards

    • Clean all windows (inside), blinds and/or shutters

    • Clean all glass doors (inside/out)

    • Clean all light switches and plugs

    • Clean all light fixtures and pendants

    • Vacuum and mop floors

    • Clean ceiling fans

    • Complete sanitizing

    • Clean cabinets and drawers (inside/out)

    • Inside and outside of microwave

    • Cleaning counter tops

    • Clean backsplash and sink

Help sponsor our program

Total Sponsorship Per Family: Initial Deep Cleaning Service $400+
(includes 2-3 professional cleaners for 4-5 hours)
Deep Cleaning + Monthly Maintenance Sponsorship: $600-$850
(Weekly or bi-weekly for one month after the initial clean - 2-3 hours)

Individual Sponsors: Donations can fully or partially cover cleaning services for one or more families.

Corporate Sponsors: Businesses can pledge a set amount to support multiple families.

Community Donations: Smaller donations pooled together to sponsor families collectively.
